DoSSE Project has officially launched.
Following an application to the ERC Consolidator Grant 2020 call, DoSSE project Professor Jean-Pierre Bourguignon, the President of the European Research Council, wrote to the Principal Investigator, Dr. Erin Thomas Dailey, to thank him for his application and to inform him that the ERC panel members ranked the proposal at a sufficiently high position to allow for funding:
For more than ten years, the European Research Council has been supporting bright ideas and many ERC-funded projects have triggered significant scientific breakthroughs. The process of narrowing down a large pool of high quality applications is a challenging one. The ERC panel members appreciated the opportunity to evaluate your proposal. I am confident that this grant will help you develop your research at the highest possible level, and to achieve ground-breaking results in the spirit of the ERC. We congratulate you for this success. I wish you all the best in your future research.
DoSSE Project will now appear on the European Commission’s webpage (link).
